1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking information).
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition (with tags, packaging, and accessories intact).
- The item(s) must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., washed, modified, or assembled).
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective:
- Custom or personalized products (made to your specific requirements).
- Perishable goods (e.g., beauty samples, food items).
- Intimate or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
- Digital products (e.g., e-books, software downloads).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

- Your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Photos of the item(s) (including any defects, if applicable).
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 5–7 business days of delivery to our warehouse):
- If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping costs (original delivery fees) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong shipment).
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of large or high-value items (we will notify you in advance if this applies).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yourbrand.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will either send a replacement (if available) at no extra cost or process a full refund (including original shipping fees).
