The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, except your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
The shipping time does not include a 1–2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Due to the size and special handling requirements, our larger essential products—such as large-sized toys—incur an additional shipping fee of $9.99 per order. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure these products arrive in the best condition for you and your family.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period, the package may be returned to us.
In these cases, we will contact you to help resolve the issue. If the package is returned to us, any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, or carrier-related charges may be deducted from the refund.
