Ownership, Terms, and Risk
We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Notes:
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Time
The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process yourorder from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due toan invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Extra Shipping Fee for Large Essentials
Due to the size and special handling requirements, our larger essential products—such as large-sized toys—incur an additional shipping fee of $9.99 per order. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure these products arrive in the best condition for you and your family.
Check Your Order and Shipment
You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.
Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.
