  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales) or due to inventory delays, in which case we will notify you via email.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM HKT may be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Destinations

Note: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions due to legal restrictions, logistical challenges, or security concerns.

3. Shipping Methods, Times, and Fees

Shipping options, times, and fees vary by destination. The following are general guidelines (shipping times exclude order processing time):

3.1 Hong Kong SAR

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Same day (for orders placed before 10:00 AM HKT, within designated areas).
  • Fees: Calculated based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping for orders over HK$500.

3.2 Mainland China

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (varies by region; remote areas may take longer).
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days.
  • Fees: Calculated based on order weight. Free standard shipping for orders over RMB 800.

3.3 International Destinations (e.g., USA, EU, Australia)

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–28 business days (varies by country; customs clearance may extend this).
  • Express International Shipping: 3–14 business days.
  • Fees: Calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Free standard shipping for orders over US$200 (or equivalent in local currency).

Final shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Hongkong Post).

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. Contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” status for further assistance.
  • For damaged items, retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and package. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping fees. We may charge a fee to correct addresses after an order has been processed.

5.3 Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.

6. International Shipping Notes

  • Customs Clearance: Delays may occur during customs inspection. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
