Why has my payment been declined?
If you're having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following: the name and address of the card holder do not match the billing details, the card details were entered incorrectly, the card has reached the limit for internet transactions, the transaction page has timed out, or the checkout page was left before the payment was completed.
PayPal Payment Issues
PayPal payments may fail if the transaction page has timed out, the checkout page was left before finishing the procedure, or your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to a secondary option like a bank account or credit card.
